WHAT MAKES FASTBRACES® DIFFERENT?
The system changes the appliance design—not the need for diagnosis and biological tooth movement.
Fastbraces® uses a distinctive bracket-and-wire design intended to influence crown and root movement during treatment. It remains orthodontics: teeth still move through supporting bone, tissues must be healthy, and the treatment has to respect the bite and individual anatomy.
THE APPLIANCE
A proprietary fixed-brace system
Fastbraces® stays on the teeth and uses its own bracket-and-wire design rather than removable trays.
THE TIMELINE
Potentially shorter in selected cases
Some patients may complete treatment in a matter of months, but there is no responsible way to promise a specific number of days before evaluation.
THE DECISION
Candidacy comes first
Starting tooth positions, bite, periodontal health, growth, treatment goals and required movement determine whether Fastbraces® is a reasonable option.
COMPARE THE APPROACHES
“Faster” is only useful if the treatment still accomplishes the right goal.
FASTBRACES®
Potentially shorter fixed-brace pathway
A proprietary fixed system that may offer a shorter treatment timeline in selected cases. Actual timing and candidacy vary.
CONVENTIONAL FIXED
Traditional Braces
A highly established fixed-appliance approach with broad application across many alignment and bite problems.
REMOVABLE
Clear Aligners
A series of removable trays worn as prescribed. The tradeoff is greater daily wear responsibility.
WHAT TREATMENT STILL REQUIRES
A shorter timeline does not remove the need for monitoring, hygiene or retention.
Consultation & records
The dentist evaluates the bite, alignment, oral health and whether Fastbraces® fits the movements needed.
Placement & active treatment
Brackets and wires are placed and monitored as teeth respond. Appointment intervals and adjustments depend on the plan.
Hygiene & appliance care
Fixed brackets require careful brushing, interdental cleaning and food choices that reduce appliance breakage.
Retention
A retainer strategy is normally needed after active movement to help protect the result.
Fastbraces® is not the goal by itself. The goal is a healthy, maintainable bite and alignment result. If another fixed appliance or clear aligner system better matches the required movement, we should say so during the consultation.
COST, BENEFITS & SCHEDULING
Compare the treatment plan before comparing only the timeline.
Insurance & financing
We accept your insurance and will help you maximize your available benefits. Orthodontic coverage varies by plan. Our team can review estimated fees and payment or financing options before treatment begins.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Fastbraces® questions patients ask
The most important question is whether the system fits the movements your case requires.
Does Fastbraces® always take 100 days?
No. Treatment can be shorter in selected cases, but no specific number of days should be promised before evaluation. The starting bite, amount of movement and biological response affect timing.
How is Fastbraces® different from traditional braces?
Fastbraces® uses a proprietary bracket-and-wire design and a different treatment approach. Both are fixed orthodontic appliances and both require diagnosis, monitoring, oral hygiene and retention.
Is Fastbraces® right for every orthodontic problem?
No. Candidacy depends on the movements needed, bite, oral health, anatomy and treatment goals.
Can adults use Fastbraces®?
Adults may be candidates when the appliance and treatment objectives fit their case. Periodontal and restorative considerations are especially important in adult planning.
Can children or teens use Fastbraces®?
It may be considered for younger patients when clinically appropriate. Growth, eruption and the specific bite problem influence treatment choice.
Is Fastbraces® more comfortable than regular braces?
Comfort varies by patient and treatment stage. Temporary pressure or soreness can occur with any orthodontic tooth movement, so we do not promise a pain-free experience.
Will I have fewer appointments?
Appointment frequency is determined by the clinical plan and how treatment progresses. A shorter overall treatment time does not automatically mean a fixed number of visits.
Can I choose Fastbraces® just because I want the fastest option?
Your preference matters, but the dentist should first confirm that the system can address the necessary movements and bite goals.
Do I still need retainers after Fastbraces®?
Yes. Retention is typically recommended after active orthodontic movement because teeth can shift over time.
Can I switch to clear aligners later?
Sometimes a staged or combination approach may make sense, but that decision depends on treatment progress and the remaining movements.
Does insurance cover Fastbraces®?
Coverage varies. We accept your insurance and will help you maximize your available benefits. The team can review plan details and estimated responsibility.
