We have 3 different membership plans to suit your needs. Child Complete Membership Plan is for children up to age 13. Perio Care Membership Plan is for anyone over age 14 and is diagnosed with gum disease or periodontal disease. For all others Adult Care Membership Plan.

Our membership plans are very popular among patients with no insurance. Unlike dental insurance, there are no restrictions, limitations, annual or lifetime maximums etc. The following are some of the frequently asked questions
What exactly are your membership plans?
Our membership plans are like monthly subscription plans that you are familiar with. For e.g. Netflix, LA Fitness, Amazon Prime etc… In return for the monthly subscription fee, you receive preventive care and discounts off other treatment.
Where can I use your membership plans?
You can use our membership plans in any of our current or future locations. Currently we have locations in Cumming, Lawrenceville and Dawsonville. The membership plans can not be used in any other offices including any offices that we may refer you to. While we provide comprehensive services in our offices, very rarely we may refer you to a specialist.
Is there any limit on the total number of family members on the plan?
Our membership plans do not have any limit on the total number of members on a particular plan. They just need to be your immediate family members and children under the age of 26. Others can get their own membership plan instead of being on their family member’s plan.
How To Get Started With it?
You simply have to call and make an appointment and get the membership plan started. Alternatively you can stop by the office and get the membership plan started. We will be rolling out online enrollment soon.
Does the membership plan provide discounts for all your doctors including any specialists?
Yes it does. All the discounts eligible services regardless of which doctor in our office provide those to you, are discounted. Remember we are not insurance. We do not have any limitations including frequency limits or pre-existing conditions or any type of exclusions. We want you to get the best possible oral care without worrying about any of the insurance nuances.
Can I cancel the membership plan?
The membership plans are annual plans and can be cancelled during the first thirty days as long as no services have been utilized. After 30 days, the renewal can be cancelled by giving us 30 days notice prior to the end of the current plan year. Each renewal plan year follows the same rules as the first year.

Bright Smiles Membership Plans are not dental insurance and do not replace insurance coverage. Membership provides access to reduced‑fee dental services as outlined in each plan’s fee schedule.
Members pay a recurring monthly or annual membership fee and are responsible for paying the discounted rate for any dental care received. Fees, services, and savings may vary depending on the selected plan and the Bright Smiles location providing treatment.
Membership plans offered through Bright Smiles are administered directly by Bright Smiles Dentistry & Orthodontics. These plans are not affiliated with or regulated by any state insurance agency and are not qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act.
Participation in a Bright Smiles Membership Plan does not meet state minimum coverage requirements and should not be considered a substitute for dental insurance.

Our Adult Complete Plan is ideal for patients with healthy gums who want to maintain their oral health through preventive care and routine checkups. This plan helps catch issues early while offering savings on additional treatment.

- 1 Emergency Exam (evaluation only)
- Up to 20% discount on most additional services

- For patients diagnosed with periodontal disease requiring ongoing maintenance
- Membership begins on the date of purchase and is valid for 12 months
- Membership must be active at the time of service to receive benefits
